Congresswoman Linda Sánchez Announces She Will Seek Election in California’s 38th Congressional District
Lakewood, CA—Today, Congresswoman Linda Sánchez announced that she intends to seek election in California’s newly designated 38th Congressional District. “It has been a privilege serving the constituents of the 39th District, and I hope to have the honor of serving these communities again by representing the 38th District,” said Congresswoman Sánchez. “I have fought hard to improve our community and make Southern California a better place to live and work. Since being sworn into office in 2003, Congresswoman Sánchez has been recognized by her colleagues and the news media as a champion for working families. She has a consistent track record in securing federal funding for California’s 39th district, including for major infrastructure and road improvements.
